My sister referred me to this shop that has done all her work and maintenance on her vehicles prior to moving out of state and I can’t say enough how thankful I am with tech auto. They took me in quickly, I knew my vehicle needed a couple things and they were patient and told me what to start with and they never pressured me with a hefty bill to get it all done. They’re very knowledgeable and everyone was helpful. They’re a great team and would highly recommend them for any mechanical/electrical work.

Good service and they went above and beyond for my needs. I brought my Kia Sportage for an airbag light and the day I brought it they couldnt check it due to the time but they scheduled an appointment and took me in right away. The office and tech explained everything to me and the process of how long the repair will take. The pricing was good and they gave me several options for time frames since I need the vehicle. Overall, I would recommend them because they understand and use empathy with the customers and they provide a excellent customer service and good work!

i wont ever take my car anywhere else !! these guys aren’t trying to get over on you like every other mechanic. great communication they are very thorough with explaining everything to you and breaking down what possibly happened, what there plan is to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again. if something is wrong whether its small like just a belt needing to be replaced or big like an engine replacement or a head gasket repair, these guys will work with you and come through. dont take your car anywhere else save the time and money and come here first !

I had a great experience with Tech Automotive Repair in Charlotte. The team was very professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They took care of my car’s brake pads, rotor resurfacing, ball joints, wheel balancing, and alignment, and everything was done smoothly. What I really appreciated was their transparency in pricing and the quality of the work. My car feels much better now—no vibrations, and the driving is smooth again. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the overall experience was stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repair!
